This policy explains what personal data Pixtheme collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. ## 1. Who we are This website is run by Pixtheme, a studio that builds HubSpot websites, themes, modules and apps. In this policy, **we**, **us** and **our** mean Pixtheme. Data we collect ### Data you give us - **Contact and project forms:** your name, email address, company, website and the details you share about your project. - **Newsletter sign-ups:** your email address and your subscription preferences. - **Client work:** billing details and the information we need to deliver a project, such as access to your HubSpot portal. ### Data collected automatically - **Usage data:** pages you visit, links you click, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. - **Cookies:** small files that remember your preferences and help us understand how the site is used. See section 6. ## 3. How we use your data - To reply to your messages and prepare quotes. - To deliver, support and invoice the work you hire us for. - To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link. - To understand how visitors use the site and improve it. - To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations. ## 4. Legal basis Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on your **consent** (newsletter, non-essential cookies), on **contract** (delivering work you hire us for), on our **legitimate interests** (answering enquiries, improving the site, keeping it secure) and on **legal obligations** (tax and accounting records). ## 5. Who we share data with We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that protect it: - **HubSpot**, which hosts this website and stores form submissions, contacts and emails. - Payment, accounting and email providers we use to invoice and communicate with clients. - Authorities, when the law requires it. Some providers store data outside your country. When they do, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. ## 6. Cookies This site uses HubSpot cookies to remember your cookie choice, keep forms working and measure visits. Where required, non-essential cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. How long we keep data We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, client and invoicing records for as long as tax law requires, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. ## 8. Your rights Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Security We use access controls, encrypted connections and trusted providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect to what we actually need. ## 10. Children This site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. ## 11. Changes to this policy We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
