Will a custom module work with our current theme?

Yes. We can build modules that inherit your theme's colors and fonts, or standalone modules with their own style settings that work with any theme.

Can our editors change the module content?

That's the goal. Every field gets a clear label and help text, and layout options are set with simple choices instead of code.

Which HubSpot plan do custom coded workflows need?

Custom coded workflow actions need Data Hub Professional or Enterprise (formerly Operations Hub). Other features have their own requirements, for example HubDB needs Content Hub Professional or Enterprise. We confirm what your portal supports before quoting.

Can you connect HubSpot to a tool without an integration?

Often, yes, if the other tool has an API or supports webhooks. We review its documentation during scoping and tell you what's possible before you commit.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Modules and integrations are installed in your HubSpot account and belong to you.

Do you sell ready-made modules too?

Yes. We publish themes and modules on the HubSpot Marketplace. If one of them fits, it can be faster and cheaper than a custom build.
